The most important aspect of any weight loss program is having an organized plan to follow, so I am attempting to put one together here, for myself and anyone else that might be interested. The "Core" plan allows you to choose your own menu instead of the pre-selected kit. You should have enough information right here to know how much you should eat at each meal, and between meals. Do not be surprised when you open your meals and see a small serving. To help you make sure you're following the diet correctly and to make life a little easier, lay out your meal plan for the week.
